About ADU Craft Fresno
We plan, permit and build accessory dwelling units for homeowners in Fresno and four nearby cities. Licensed and insured.
What do we build?
Four kinds of ADU: detached ADUs, garage conversions, attached ADUs and junior ADUs. We also handle design and permits, so one team carries the project from plan to final inspection.
Where do we work?
Fresno, Clovis, Sanger, Selma and Madera. We are a service-area business: we come to your property and do not run a walk-in office.
How do we work?
- The lot comes first. We check jurisdiction, zoning and the existing structures before suggesting a design.
- Written, itemized quotes. Each part of the job is priced on paper before construction.
- Straight answers. If a type does not fit your lot or budget, we tell you.
- Dated sources. ADU rules change often, so every rule on this site carries a date and a source.

Yes. ADU Craft Fresno is licensed and insured, and we share license and insurance details with every quote request.
